Summary:
For all of these reasons, the Administrative Law Judge finds that the Complainants have failed to allege prima facie violations of Minn. Stat. §§ 211A.02, 211A.03, 211A.05, 211A.06, 211B.06 and 211B.15 on the part of the St. Louis County School District and/or its Board members.
The Complaint is dismissed in its entirety.
