Orr council votes to drop out of Joint Powers Board


Orr Mayor Dale Long:  "Individuals who feel a strong desire to pursue this legal action should seek a petition with their signatures on it and do what they feel is necessary without expecting the City of Orr to deal with the litigation that may follow."
